Jeremy Ockrim is a consultant urologist at the nationally renowned University College Hospital, London, where he specialises in incontinence and bladder reconstruction surgery.

Julie Jenks is an advanced nurse practitioner, working with Mr Ockrim to provide integrated, continuous support for patients and specialist expertise in advanced services such as acupuncture.
